About Me

Who is Esther Odzao?

Curious by nature. An engineer by practice.

I'm a software engineer who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, business, and real-world problem-solving.

My work goes beyond writing components and connecting APIs. I enjoy understanding how systems work, how people interact with them, and how software can simplify difficult processes.

From building election and event platforms to developing tools that help businesses manage daily operations, I'm interested in creating software that is useful, reliable, and thoughtfully designed.

Outside product development, I teach and mentor aspiring developers, an experience that continuously challenges me to understand technology more deeply.

I'm growing towards a senior engineering role, and over time I'd like to contribute to software engineering research and academia.

My Portfolio

Selected Work

Real products, built with teams. Each one has a case study covering what I worked on and how the system fits together.

More work, including client websites and open-source projects, will be added as it is ready to share.

Engineering approach

Beyond the interface.

Good software is more than what you see on the screen.

On team projects I contribute to these stages alongside backend and product colleagues; I don't own every decision.
