E-Vitals is a mobile health tracking application that helps people keep records of important health measurements and see their readings over time. It is available on Android and iOS.
The Problem
Personal health readings are easy to lose track of when they live on scraps of paper or in memory.
The Solution
A simple app where readings are logged in one place and shown over time as clear charts and records.

What makes it hard
Making records approachable
Health data can feel intimidating, so the interface favors clear labels, large touch targets and readable charts.
